LAMB OF GOD To Hit The Road With GWAR, JOB FOR A COWBOY
July 28, 2009LAMB OF GOD, GWAR and JOB FOR A COWBOY are teaming up for a tour of the U.S. this fall. The dates are being scheduled on "off" days during LAMB OF GOD's tour with METALLICA, which will kick off on September 14 in Nashville and conclude on November 15 in New York City.

Professionally filmed video footage of LAMB OF GOD performing the song "Set To Fail" at this year's installment of the Graspop Metal Meeting, which was held on June 26-28, 2009 on the festival grounds of the Boeretang in Dessel, Belgium, can be viewed below.
As previously reported, LAMB OF GOD guitarist Mark Morton is not performing with the band at the last six shows of the group's European tour as his wife is expecting a baby.
UNEARTH six-stringer Buz McGrath is filling in for Morton on these dates, which include an appearance at the U.K.'s Sonisphere festival.
Sonisphere festival will be held on August 1-2 at the legendary Knebworth Park, United Kingdom.

LAMB OF GOD's new album, "Wrath", has sold 164,000 copies in the United States since its February 24 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
"Wrath" was produced by Josh Wilbur and was recorded in studios in New York, Virginia, and New Hampshire.
The "Wrath" album was released in four configurations: an LP, a CD, a deluxe-edition CD with bonus disc — which contains isolated recording parts — as well as a super-deluxe version featuring a limited-edition box containing an LP, deluxe-edition CD and USB drive containing two exclusive bonus tracks.
